Exit the terminal and proceed to the "Pre-arranged area" on the outside platform. It is located across the roadways, at the lower level parking. When you arrive, give the commissioner your name and ask for Limos Online.ca. Any commissioner with an "X" on the front of their uniform can guide you.

If the Commissionaire advises you that there is no car from Limos Online.ca registered in your name, or within 10 minutes of notifying the Commissionaire a Limousine does not appear, please call our dispatch office immediately to assist you at 1.888.369.5252

Arriving passengers, domestic or international flights, must follow these procedures in order to contact Limos Online.ca chauffeur, already on the premises, waiting in a designated area.

• Follow Limousine sign (blue line on the floor) and proceed outside of the airport, identify yourself to the Limousine Dispatcher (located on sidewalk) and inform him of your reservation with Limos Online.ca.
• The dispatcher will call your chauffeur, who will be there within 2 minutes.
• Should you experience any difficulty with this procedure, please do not take other transportation, immediately call the Limos Online.ca dispatcher, on duty 24 hours per day, at 1.888.369.5252.
